Episodes	What can we see?	What can we hear?	What shall we do?
Apartment	We can see Alice’s room. There is a bed, an armchair and a big window.	Scary, sad, reminding the wartime songs.	We shall look at the plan of her apartment and read Alice’s description of her house.
Matryoshka	A player. There is a game.	Electro sounds, reminding the sounds of old game console.	We have to catch the matryoshka, playing for a boy.
Top	A teddy bear and clothes laying in an untidy heap.	Music became faster than it was earlier, but it is still scary and creepy.	Read the episode about money.
Stuff	Pictures of the place, where they lived. Pictures of what they have to leave here.	Fast music, injecting, preparing us to something bad.	Just watch how Alice’s family leave their house.
Airplane	An airplane in the airport.	It became calm but still scary and injecting.	Just realise that they are safe and sound.

Essay

Well, I have read the third episode about Alice in Russia, and I wanted to share my impression with you. I followed the story carefully, however, it was difficult at the beginning because of the spooky sounds, my eyes scanned each screen from left to right, and everything was clear. The images were very depressing, gloomy and oppressive, as well as the sound.

I enjoyed reading this story, because there were some new words, and the story was quite interesting and exciting in some moments.

There were no difficulties in reading, but it was hard at first, because I was distracted by the music.

I think that catching the matryoshkas was the best bit because it was quite fascinated, when I understood what should I do.

Finally, I want to give other readers some tips for their first digital story reading. You shouldn’t hurry, it’s nothing bad if you didn’t get something from the first time. You should read the story carefully, paying attention to its plot.
